I can´t believe I have lived in London for a year now! It has been crazy fun living in a metropolitan city, I have learnt so much about myself, meet incredible people and experienced so many things.  Here is a quick summery of what I have learnt living in London for a year!
I try to visit the small seaside resort Brighton, located at the South coast of England, as often as I can. The fresh breeze from the ocean, the hippie and chill out atmosphere and quirky shops (and the most amazing second-hand shops) is extremely refreshing comparing to the cosmopolitan London. I´m especially very fond of the many local caffe places, offering the most delicious selection of pastries.
Even though the weather was not ideal (yes typical English weather, rain and windy) we managed to stroll around in the central of Brighton, have a long walk to the fish shop to buy our traditional lunch steak tuna with chips and skate, or at least trying to.
For exactly 1 month ago, Â 06-06-2015 my sister married her Kai. It was a magical night full of laughter, love and happiness.
My bridesmaids dress is bought in Brighton at a cute boutique called Pretty Eccentric  and my shoes is from Burberry Prorsum SS14 collection.
I came across the amazing London- based shoe brand called FINSK, found by the Finnish designer Julia Lundsten in 2004. FINSK is known for mixing avant-garde yet modern style inspired by architecture and details found in furnitures. Besides creating stunning shoes, a pair of FINSK are super comfortable. All are Made in Brazil by local craftsmen using traditional shoes making methods and applying highest quality materials as by-products of other industries.
A pair of FINSK shoe is a statement piece, giving your look the little extra it might have been missing.
Finally started to feel better after a major cold (and able to breath again), I have discovered that Spring has sprung in the streets of London. Not only are days actually getting longer (yeah!) with more sunshine (hurray!), the air actually smells sweet, floral and ‘springy’ in general. I also noticed people are more positive and energetic; some have even started to smile at me on the street, (- No, I checked and didn’t have anything weird on my face!).
During saturday I was model for BorĂĄs City and it was so much fun! At the big square in the central of BorĂĄs were a huge runway and the public came to see what different stores is offering for Spring/ Summer 2014. The outfit I wore is from JOY and the shoes comes from Nelly.com (click here)Â
